At Dorea, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, or any signs of use.
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
- Any item returned without original tags or packaging.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or another available item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or process a refund, where applicable.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the required account details are provided.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or defective product, Dorea will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns or exchanges, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund or paid by the customer, depending on the location and courier service.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at care@dorea.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Full Name
- Reason for Return or Exchange
- Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be covered under this Return & Exchange Policy.
